A TOUGHENED BISMALEIMIDE RESIN AS MATRIX FOR COMPOSITE MATERIAL

QY8911 is a modified bismalaimide(BMI) resin system formulated for high temperature resistance,toughness, low moisture aiisorption and easy handling properties.The new resin system can be impregnated into graphite,Kevlar or glass fibers for fabricating strutural composites by either solvent or hot-melt method.The QY8911/T300 composite with good properties can be obtained by using ordinary autoclave curing schedule as applied to a typical 177℃ curing epoxy system.
