“活性等离子体-金属”反应法制备N i-TiN复合超微粒子的生成机制和热力学计算

MECHANISM AND THERMODYNAMIC CALCULATION IN FORMATION OF COMPOSITE ULTRAFINE NiTiN PARTICLES BY ACTIVE PLASMAMETAL REACTION

  • 摘要: 探讨了应用“活性等离子体2金属”反应法, 在H2-N2-Ar 混合气氛中, 用直流电弧等离子体熔化Ni-Ti 系二元合金, 使之蒸发、凝聚成Ni-TiN 复合超微粒子的生成机制, 并对气相中可能发生的化学反应进行了热力学计算。

     

    Abstract: Composite ultrafine NiTiN particles were prepared by active plasmametal reaction method in a mixture of N2-H2-Ar gas atmosphere. The formation mechanism of these particles is discussed. Thermodynamic calculation of chemical reactions in gas phases has been done to analyze the possibility of reactions.
